Aerdna was pestering me to make a post quick because i havent written in a "month"So here's something for her to ogle at...
Bf and his colleague decided to drive up to KL during the weekend I was supposed to celebrate my birthday, since i was an all expenses paid trip, of course I went.
Needless to say I was very bored during the 4 hours drive up KL, so i decided to amuse myself by taking photos of things I see during the drive up.
There's a picture of an almost dead tree with the oil palm plantation as background

Next we have picture of the really long and winding roads in Malaysia and we are flanked yet again by Oil Palm plantations.

Yes yes more oil palm plantations ... *mutters* so boring right...

Ah.. finally something different! SUgarcane plantation!!!

Deforestation in Malaysia.. now we know whether they are eco-friendly... and the obvious answer is ? ... let u fill in the blanks yourself =D

Ah one of those nonsense photos i took to amuse myself.. obviously I look v gleeful for I wasnt the one driving hahaha.. i was the passenger monkeying about, amusing myself with my cameras.. now can you see that I really cannot live without my cameras?!

After we checked into Melia hotel with our luggages, we went to Genting Highland for a game! I played 200RM and i donated it to the casino! Wah so generous of me yea ?! kekekekee
That's a picture of the hotel up in Genting Highlands, very foggy that day! Because of the heavy rains.

Yea some road sign telling us genting was near.. *Grin*

After Genting, we went back to our hotel in Kl and took dinner at KA SOh very sumptous dinner CHEAP too!
This is the photo we took the very next day. From the lift in our hotel... the red building is called Times Square (we lived opposite Times Square!) and that's their monorail system. It was 8.30am in the morning! The shops were all not opened yet. But they have street basketball competition at Times Square.

We were without breakfast that morning, so we ventured over to Times Square for STarBucks Breakfast! It was absolutely Yummilicious!
My bf studying the map to Sunway lagoon, that's where we are heading off to next!
He's sitted at the hotel's lounge, enjoying our complimentary fruit punch!

That's KLCC we passed while driving to Sunway lagoon

That's the Sunway LAgoon Pyramid shopping arcade. Damn.. they even have a ice-skating ring in the midst of it. However, I dont think it very fun to be skating inside. Too crowded, too small, too many amateurs. I can Ice-skate.. can you? *wink*

An bird's eye view of Sunway lagoon.. Quite a huge place, all the resorts are interconnected by their internal walkways. Cool Stuff!

But i dont find it extremely fun to be there.. probably because I was already tired

On the way back to Singapore, we went over to the market place in JB to enjoy seafood dinner! It was fabulous! Extremely Filling. Bf filled his oil tank to the brim and gave his car a good scrubbing before driving home.
That's all I did for my birthday.. Although it was a long tiring trip, it was still fun.
