my father bought a brand new car... and wanted to sell his old one

Last nite, he told me if i am interested he is willing to let his old car (4 years +) go at 27K which have a scrap value of 10+K at the end of 10 years.

I was working out my sums today, when he came back and announced, he sold it off to his colleague.
