i awoke at an ungodly hour... 6 am.
continued reading the book i started reading yesterday.. its my 7th book. my 8th book is the only unread book left on my bedside table... and that reminds me to go and return the 2 books I have read to the library so that i may borrow more books.

hmmm...
Thus, I watched the last simulcast for USA amazing race before indulging like a taitai, taking a cab down town for my manicure and pedicure session.

I feel like a queen to be honest, 2 manicurists attended to me... and the shopping centre was so quiet. No rush at all... and when my fingers dry, I even had the time to continue reading my book until i feel like leaving haha!

anyhow, what was my loot like... let's see..... I bought a pair of swaskovski earrings, an eyeshadow palette ( I have taken the effort to dress up ever since I have so much free time on my hands), single fitted sheet set to match my single quilt set...lots of yummy biscuits from marks and spencer for me to put on weight whlie i read my book, sip my tea and crunch on those yummilicious biscuits *slurps* and lots of toiletries!

and to reward me for spending on toiletries, they gave me a free bundle copy of HER World Magazine, june 2006. heh! it comes with a free tote bag too!

Cool stuff.

Perhaps tomorrow I shall indulge myself in some shopping that i did not do today..... I shall call my cousin now.. grin
