Its been 2 months since I become mama.
2 words to sum up the entire experience : hardwork and satisfaction.

Hardwork because baby wakes often, requires feed often, need to clean them up as often as feeding - you wont have enough rest as a result.
8 hrs sleep is a luxury now.

Satisfaction is when baby coos at you, baby is growing up well, baby recognises you.
Everyday's a trophy day: baby will do something to amuse you and the hardwork's all worth it.

Things are getting steadier now, I understand baby's fussing and cries. I can make do with lesser sleep, the body's accustomed to it

i'm definitely thinking of number 2, but will need to first recuperate the lost finances and to make sure baby grows up more. I do not want to short change no. 2.

apart from the lost finances, the other thing that put me off the 2nd baby would be having to do confinement all over again.

confinement's a torture!
You probably wont believe it until you ahve a taste of it.
